I was asked by a landlord who lives abroad to check and maintain the dryer in his rented house. The tenant is an elderly local couple and they don't usually do the cleaning and maintenance. When we did the operation test, the rollers produced a sharp noise. The elderly couple said the noise bothered them for a long time.
After disassembling the machine, it was found that a lot of dust and lint had accumulated inside, especially on the interface of all electronic components, which could easily lead to wire fire. In addition, in the roller shaft interface, the lint showed signs of burning.
Fortunately, we cleaned it right away and replaced it with a new wheel connection, and now the dryer can operate quietly for at least a few more years!
