Recently, I repaired several dryers, all because the heating element burned out, resulting in no heating function.

Of course, in addition to too much lint accumulating inside the dryer and the exhaust duct, the hot air cannot be discharged smoothly and burns the heating element.

I would like to share with you a case of burned heating element, the main cause is not the dryer but other exhaust facilities.

When the case was drying, the exhaust motor installed above could not be activated, resulting in more serious hot air blockage and further burning of the heating element.

In fact, the composition of the extractor is very simple, pressure switch, timer, starting capacitor and motor. After our inspection, we found that the power cable of the motor was loose, causing it to fail to start. After reconnecting, rewiring, and testing, it works fine.
